In this class we will discuss the foundations of mindfulness both as a way of living and as a set of practices. We’ll learn what mindfulness IS and what it is NOT. We’ll engage together in several short practices including mindful listening, mindful breathing, and mindful eating. Because the best way to learn mindfulness is to practice for yourself. Come join us to get a taste (figuratively and literally) of mindfulness.
